The Role
Key duties will include managing a small portfolio of investments, tracking their performance, and ensuring all documentation relating to each investment is in order. • Ensure that the Shareholder and his family’s investments, administration, meetings, banking, and other private matters are taken care of efficiently. • Must be able to speak and write Spanish and English, Arabic is not essential but preferred. • A financial qualification, Chartered Accountancy, or financial experience are required. • Tact, ethical behaviour, and professionalism are key.
Requirements
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and either University / College graduate or has at least 2 year’s experience with an Admin job. – Must have Excellent office skills. – Must be analytical, a team player, honest excellent communication skills. – Ability to multitask and to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment as well as to take initiative, apply creative solutions in high-pressure situations and consistently meet deadlines. – Ability to work independently. – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. – Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar.
