You are responsible for

Pro-actively supporting strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders to make fact-based sound business decisions
Analyzing and reporting on business performance by means of: Monthly performance, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), product/market/function/customer/integral profitability, quarterly forecasting, strategic planning, cost control, target setting / remuneration, pricing/margin analysis, etc.
Assisting Business Integrators (BIs) to develop forward looking analysis/ business projection by integrating historical data and market specific information – AOP, Rolling Forecast (RoFo) , business case, cash flows, strategic planning, target setting etc.
Actively supporting BIs to identify improvement opportunities by analyzing business performance and market variable (e.g., micro/ macroeconomic issues, competitor study, etc.)
Performing forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, Price/Volume mix, scenario analysis, etc.
Using data and analytics to help Philips meeting the needs of our customers and partners or exceeding our business targets and performance.
Providing the data and input to the services and solutions delivery performance cycle
The quality and improvement of the analytics in the Service Analytics environment
Driving data checks and ensuring proper report out to the market
Positioning yourself as an SME, being the single point of contact to markets, business and function stakeholders when it comes to data and analytics.
Defining new requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders to further improve analytics.
Analyzing service performance and identifying / understanding performance trends / issues, actively using the Philips Excellence toolkits.
Identifying and defining corrective and improvement actions to address performance and data-quality issues and working in cross functional teams across a matrix organization to fix the identified issues.
Initiating and seeing through to execution the defined corrective actions / improvement initiatives according to the plan. Evaluation through to completion is essential to know that actions delivered as per plan.

You are a part of
Commercial Services Team and report directly into the Commercial Services Leader META.


To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance / Data Science and/or related field,
5- 8 years’ experience in business analysis or performance management
Progressive working experience and roles in e.g. Finance, FP&A, financial control, management reporting and analysis, preferably within an international environment.
Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven SAP knowledge and previous experience with Qlikview/Qliksense is prefered
Experience with different go-to-market models and channels
Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer (internal and external) expectations effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Affinity and experience with supply chain, operations, and customer service processes
Strong sense of stakeholder management
Fluent in English, verbal and written
