Main tasks and responsibilities:

Preparing and auditing periodic and non-periodic reports on special services, procedures and mechanisms that improve the quality of services and the image of the center in particular on innovation.
Services and image of the center A special focus on innovation
Coordination with supervisors to improve customer reception services
Implementation of the incentive program for employees and the development of their skills in dealing with customers and the best center award program
Supervising the electronic fee collection system in the centers and ensuring that the collected fees actually match what is registered in the system

Perform other duties and responsibilities associated with the job and as assigned
Ensure that the money collected daily is delivered to the money transfer company after settling it and take receipts of the money that was delivered by the money transfer company
Monitor the implementation of the responsibilities and procedures required by the RTA
Provide the necessary recommendations to the direct responsible for the development of the center and participate in the selection of the distinguished employee in the center
Organizing work mechanisms in the center

Supervising the preparation and implementation of the main performance indicators for the center and reception service
Communicate with and welcome clients coming to the center
Organizing and developing the tasks of the front employees to match the objectives of the authority
Supervising the process of financial collection of fees collected for services provided
Audit reports that measure customer waiting time and service appointments

Develop and follow up the implementation of preventive plans to avoid recurring problems
Preparing and implementing the operational plan for the development of the customer service center and setting goals for the center’s employees
Develop future plans to measure and achieve customer satisfaction and happiness
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Public Relations from a recognized university

Five years of relevant experience
I have excellent interpersonal skills
Innovative problem solver, able to find actionable solutions and resolve complaints
The ability to adapt to a variety of cultures and ethnic characters
A team member who is able to adapt to a work environment that requires the ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate concurrent projects
Advanced level in the use of a computer with great proficiency in multiple programs covering a wide range of applications

An outstanding listener who has the ability to communicate and convey information in an effective way, whether orally or in writing
An effective team member, intelligent, and able to build trust in his relationships with clients and team members
I have excellent project management skills
